He might have been one of our youngest interns, but his managing skills impressed us. The risk of hiring a teenager with no experience was definitely worth it.
Razvan is the most social, friendliest, and eager student I have had the pleasure to work with. He truly understood my vision and helped me create it from scratch.
Razvan's work created a domino effect, inspiring students from all over the country to take matters into their own hands. Only a few are as exceptionally well-rounded as him.

Asking
Questions are the foundation of everything. Why isn't there a solution? What is the target group? Why haven't you hired me yet?
Building
Can you imagine not taking initiative when encountering a problem? Me neither.
